El mantenimiento de los intereses medulares del Estado
Mientras sigue el camino del desarrollo pacífico y se pronuncia por la cooperación y la ganancia compartida, China toma como exigencia mínima la firme salvaguarda de los intereses medulares del Estado, los cuales consisten en la soberanía estatal, la seguridad nacional, la integridad territorial, la unificación del país, y la estabilidad del sistema político y de la situación social consignada en la Constitución china, así como la garantía básica del desarrollo económico y social sostenible. El presidente Xi Jinping ha se?alado: “Tenemos que seguir con perseverancia el camino del desarrollo pacífico, sin renunciar en absoluto a nuestros derechos e intereses legítimos ni sacrificar los intereses medulares del Estado. Ningún país extranjero debe esperar que hagamos transacciones con nuestros intereses medulares ni que traguemos el amargo fruto del menoscabo de la soberanía de nuestro país, su seguridad ni los intereses de su desarrollo.”
維護國家核心利益
中國走和平發(fā)展道路、倡導合作共贏是以堅決維護國家核心利益為底線的。中國的核心利益包括：國家主權，國家安全，領土完整，國家統(tǒng)一，中國憲法確立的國家政治制度和社會大局穩(wěn)定，經(jīng)濟社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展的基本保障。習近平總書記指出："我們要堅持走和平發(fā)展道路，但決不能放棄我們的正當權益，決不能犧牲國家核心利益。任何外國不要指望我們會拿自己的核心利益做交易，不要指望我們會吞下?lián)p害中國主權、安全、發(fā)展利益的苦果。"
Safeguarding the core interests of China
While China follows a path of peaceful development and advocates win-win cooperation, it regards firmly safeguarding its national core interests as the bottom line. China's core interests include state sovereignty, national security, territorial integrity, national reunification, its political system established by the Constitution, overall social stability and the basic safeguards for ensuring sustainable economic and social development.
General Secretary Xi Jinping told a study session of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee in January 2013, "We should keep to the path of peaceful development, but we must not relinquish our legitimate rights and interests or sacrifice our country's core interests. No foreign country should expect us to trade our core interests, or to accept damage to our sovereignty, security or development interests."
La défense des intérêts essentiels du pays
La voie de développement pacifique et la coopération gagnant-gagnant que la Chine préconise sont basées sur la ferme défense de ses intérêts fondamentaux. Ceux-ci incluent : la souveraineté, la sécurité nationale, l’intégrité territoriale, l’unité nationale, la stabilité du système politique défini par la Constitution, la stabilité de la situation sociale, ainsi que la garantie d’un développement durable de l’économie et de la société. Le président Xi Jinping a précisé : ? Nous poursuivons une voie de développement pacifique, mais nous n’abandonnerons pour rien au monde nos intérêts légitimes, ni ne sacrifierons les intérêts essentiels de notre pays. Aucun pays ne doit attendre de la Chine qu’elle transige avec ses intérêts essentiels et avale la couleuvre au détriment de sa souveraineté, de sa sécurité et de ses intérêts de développement. ?

中國は平和的発展の道筋を歩み、協(xié)力によるウインウインの唱導は國家の核心的利益の斷固たる擁護をボトムラインとしている。中國の核心的利益には以下の諸點が含まれる。國家主権、國家安全、領土保全、國家統(tǒng)一、中國憲法が確立した國家政治制度、社會全體の安定、経済?社會の持続的発展に対する基本的な保障。習近平國家主席は次のように指摘した。
「われわれは平和的発展の道筋を歩まなければならないが、われわれの正當な権益を放棄したり、國家の核心的利益を犠牲にするようなことは決してしない。いかなる外國もわれわれが自らの核心的利益をもって交易するという期待を持ってはならない。またわれわれが中國の主権、安全、発展の利益を損なう苦い結果も飲み込む期待をもってはならない」
Охрана базовых национальных интересов
Китай, идя по пути мирного развития и приветствуя взаимовыгодное сотрудничество, твердо выступает за охрану базовых национальных интересов. Базовые национальные интересы Китая включают: национальный суверенитет, национальную безопасность, территориальную целостность, национальное единство, политическую систему и общественное устройство, сформулированные в Конституции КНР, основные гарантии устойчивого экономического и социального развития. Генеральный секретарь Си Цзиньпин сказал: ?Мы будем неуклонно идти по пути мирного развития, но это совсем не означает отказ от наших законных прав и интересов, мы не должны, ни в коей мере, жертвовать базовыми национальными интересами. Зарубежные страны не должны ожидать, что мы станем спекулировать нашими базовыми интересами и будем молча смотреть на то, что может принести ущерб нашему суверенитету, безопасности и развитию?.?
